ARVADA – Arvada police have charged a 15-year-old Jefferson County student with five counts of third-degree harassment in a cyber bullying case.
The charges stem from “Burn Book” postings on Instagram that appeared on New Year’s Day under the user name “anonymous.”
The posting included photos of students from a high school in Jefferson County along with derogatory and sexual comments about them.
